As we’ve grown, we’ve brought together several respected powder metal manufacturers, combining experienced teams and specialized capabilities into one unified organization. This foundation allows us to deliver consistent quality, reliable performance, and a level of service that sets us apart.

This St. Marys facility serves as the headquarters for COMTEC’s powder metal manufacturing operations. Following the acquisition and integration of Cameron Diversified Products (CDP) in 2022, the facility expanded its capabilities and production capacity, further strengthening COMTEC’s ability to support customer demand. Today, with expansive production space and high-tonnage press capabilities, this location supports high-volume component production and advanced sintering operations.

Chief Executive Officer

30+ years of leadership in powder and sintered metal manufacturing operations, finance, and strategic growth. Holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State University.

Zach Padasak

Chief Commercial Officer

Leads growth strategy, sales, marketing, quoting, and all commercial aspects of the COMTEC platform. Bringing 7+ years of powder metal business development along with operational leadership experience. Holds a BS in Business Administration from Clarion University.

Dave Bobby

Chief Technical Officer

Directs engineering, quality, and research and development initiatives with 30 years of powder and sintered metal engineering and operations experience. Holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.

Mark Simbeck

Chief Finance Officer

Oversees finance, HR, and procurement for the COMTEC Platform with 7+ years of manufacturing finance leadership experience. Holds a BS in Accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

John Dippold

Director of Business Development

Leads business development initiatives for the COMTEC Platform, bringing 35+ years of powdered metal sales, marketing, and leadership experience, including 20 years at ISM. Holds a BS in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
