As our organization has expanded, we have brought together several respected powder metal manufacturers, uniting experienced teams and
specialized capabilities under one organization. This integrated foundation enables us to deliver consistent quality, reliable performance, and a
level of service that distinguishes us in the industry.

This St. Marys facility serves as the headquarters for COMTEC’s powder metal manufacturing operations. Following the acquisition and integration of Cameron Diversified Products (CDP) in 2022, the facility expanded its capabilities and production capacity, further strengthening COMTEC’s ability to support customer demand. Today, with expansive production space and high-tonnage press capabilities, this location supports high-volume component production and advanced sintering operations.

As Chief Executive Officer of COMTEC MFG, Mr. Struble leads the strategic vision and overall operations of the Company, guiding its growth as a leading manufacturer of precision powder metal components.  With a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer partnership, Mr. Struble works to strengthen the Company's position in the industry while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

With more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, Mr. Struble has built a career centered on advancing manufacturing technologies, developing high-performing teams, and delivering long-term value for customers.  Under Mr. Struble’s leadership, the Company has expanded its capabilities, invested in advanced powder metallurgy technologies, and strengthened its reputation for quality and reliability.

Mr. Struble holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is actively involved in industry organizations and community initiatives that support manufacturing, workforce development, and economic growth.

As Chief Commercial Officer of COMTEC MFG, Mr. Padasak leads the Company's commercial strategy, overseeing sales, business development, marketing, and customer engagement.  Mr. Padasak is responsible for driving growth by strengthening customer relationships and expanding opportunities across key markets.

With more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial markets, Mr. Padasak has built a reputation for developing customer-focused strategies that align engineering expertise with business objectives.  Mr. Padasak is passionate about creating long-term partnerships and delivering solutions that help customers succeed.

Mr. Padasak holds a degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and participates in professional organizations that support manufacturing, sales leadership, and business development.

Chief Technical Officer

As Chief Technical Officer of COMTEC MFG, Mr. Bobby leads the Company's engineering, product development, and technical innovation initiatives.  Mr. Bobby oversees the development of advanced powder metal solutions while guiding engineering strategy, process improvement, and new technology implementation.

With more than 30 years of experience in powder metallurgy, materials engineering, and advanced manufacturing, Mr. Bobby is committed to advancing engineering excellence through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  Mr. Bobby works closely with customers and internal teams to develop high-performance solutions that meet evolving industry demands.

Mr. Bobby holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is actively involved in engineering and manufacturing organizations that promote technical innovation, professional development, and the advancement of powder metallurgy.

As Chief Financial Officer of COMTEC MFG, Mr. Simbeck oversees the Company's financial strategy, planning, and performance to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.  Mr. Simbeck partners with the executive leadership team to ensure sound financial management while supporting investments that strengthen the Company's long-term success.

With more than 10 years of experience in finance and manufacturing, Mr. Simbeck has expertise in financial planning, operational analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making.  Mr. Simbeck is committed to building efficient financial processes and providing the insights that help drive profitable growth and organizational performance.

Mr. Simbeck holds a degree in Accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and maintains active involvement in professional finance organizations and industry initiatives that promote excellence in manufacturing and business leadership.

With more than 35 years of experience in technical sales and manufacturing, Mr. Dippold has built a career focused on consultative selling, customer partnership, and business growth.  Mr. Dippold is committed to understanding customer challenges and delivering responsive, value-driven solutions that create long-term success.

Mr. Dippold holds a degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and participates in professional organizations dedicated to manufacturing, sales excellence, and customer engagement.

As Chief Human Resources Officer of COMTEC MFG, Ms. Christoff leads the Company's people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, organizational effectiveness, and workplace culture. With more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience, Ms. Christoff has developed programs that strengthen employee engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational performance.  Ms. Christoff believes that investing in people is essential to building a strong and sustainable business.

Ms. Christoff holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Kennedy Western University and actively supports professional organizations focused on human resources, leadership development, and workforce advancement.
