To meet your strictest dimensional specs, we operate eight high-precision CNC machining centers. Our operations refine powder metal parts to achieve even greater accuracy and precise fitting in your final assembly.

This includes three robotic machining centers, where twin-spindle, twin-turret centers provide efficient manufacturing of complex gear components.

Precision Grinding Services

To achieve final surface finishes and dimensional accuracy for machined components, we also offer high-precision grinding services. This is intended to refine parts after our in-house machining or sintering.
